History
Two Generations of Dedication to Dough
ELIN was founded in 1996 as a natural continuation of ELMACH, one of the pioneering companies in the bakery equipment sector. The founders — Fotis Chiotoglou, Nikolaos Tsaganis, and Diamantis Chiotoglou — all with technical backgrounds and the passion of engineers and inventors, joined forces to bring a new vision to the industry.
Starting from the manufacturing of bakery ovens, ELIN soon moved to the next level: the design, construction, and installation of complete production lines for the food industry, with a specialization in dough-based products. Through continuous innovation and expertise, the company has earned a leading position in its field.
Today, 30 years since its founding, ELIN continues to grow — investing in technology, innovation, and human capital, while expanding its global footprint with a strong and forward-looking momentum.
